We ship to most countries worldwide. 

 

I've received a faulty item, what do I do?

Oh dear - although we hope this never happens, if you have received an item with a defect then please contact us at Service@Riemot.com, and we will organise a replacement and/or solution as soon as possible.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard & American Express.

I made a purchase using a Gift Card, can I return this?

You are welcome to return purchases placed using P.E Nation Gift Card, this amount will be credited to your account to re-purchase online. Under no circumstances can a Gift Card be reimbursed for cash.

I'm interested in being a stockist of RIEMOT, how do I go about this?

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders both ways (no minimum).

 

I want to receive RIEMOT newsletters, how do I sign up?

You can sign up to our mailing list in the newsletter field in the bottom toolbar, or in the pop up when you first visit our site. By signing up, you will be the first to know about new product, sales and RIEMOT events, as well as receiving a 10% sign-up discount.

 

How long will it take for my order to get to me?

Please refer to our Delivery & Returns Page for our shipping options including estimated time frames.

Can I make changes to my order?

Not quite the right fit? No problem. Send your items back within 30 days after the date of shipment and we will send you out something new. All items you wish to exchange must be in their original, unworn condition with the hangtags still attached. Items not sent back in their original, unworn condition will not receive an exchange.
Please note that unfortunately at this time we cannot accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
